01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing oklb at oklb.vip or through the oklb mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements. oklb does not permit proxy registrations — each player must register their own account using their own personal information.

oklb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. oklb will notify players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification where possible.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use an oklb account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

oklb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. 03 Account Rules and Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one oklb account only. If you already have an oklb account and attempt to register a second one — whether using the same or different personal details — both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your oklb account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of shared devices after each session. oklb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact oklb support immediately via live chat. oklb will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is completed.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any additional security features available in your account settings.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current and accessible.
• Notify oklb support immediately if your contact details change.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

oklb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bkash and Nagad. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to your oklb account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within ten minutes, contact oklb support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue.

Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within five minutes during normal operating conditions. oklb does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (Bkash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges — oklb has no control over third-party fees.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• oklb may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus.
• oklb reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected, pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

oklb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page before you claim the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

All bonuses on oklb are subject to a wagering requirement — this means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
